Starting in January, an all-levels, inclusive community yoga class will be offered at the Rec Center on Thursdays
This slow-moving Vinyasa-style class is designed for anyone looking to strengthen, stretch, improve balance, and soothe the body and mind. Classes focus on breath and guided movement to support overall health, relaxation, and well-being
