Kenedi's PM Boot Camp

This program centers on a circuit-training format during which participants perform high intensity exercises, with brief intervals of rest, as they progress throughout the circuit. The program is designed to be full body work that includes: weights, running, plyometric movements, hill-sprints, body weight exercises, and the use of other gym equipment (e.g., kettlebells, medicine balls, and battle ropes).
