Kenedi's 5 a.m. Boot Camp

This program centers on a 6-week circuit-training format during which participants perform high intensity exercise, with brief interval of rest, as they progress throughout the circuit. The program is designed to be a full body workout that includes: weights, running, plyometric movements and body weight exercises. (Minimum of 6 participants)
