The word "aikido" is often translated as "the way of unifying Life Energy" or as "the way of harmonious spirit".  
Sensei Chris Eldridge has been practice this art for over 30 years and is looking to bring it to Windsor County.

When:      March 7th- March 28th
Where:     Windsor Rec Green Room
Ages:       3rd- 8th 3:30pm-5:00pm
                Adults  5:30pm-7:00pm

Cost: $60.00/ per student

MUST HAVE FIVE PEOPLE TO START THE CLASS
